Supplier orders and same-day coordination

Checking your account…

Send a specific request to an approved supplier’s Gabriel inbox. The supplier can commit stock, price and delivery timing. A company administrator reviews and places the exact order.

Check the same-day plan

Use “Check same-day plan” on a request to see time remaining, the supplier’s arrival commitment, missing checks and the next step. Use “Try another supplier” to reuse the exact need without changing an existing order.

Optional courier device location

After authorized dispatch, the assigned supplier or courier signs in on their phone, opens the order, chooses location consent and presses “Start sharing my location.” Browser location permission is required. Keep this page visible; hiding or closing it stops device sharing. Other authorized participants press “Refresh courier location” to see the latest sample and its map link.

Stopping clears the stored position. Samples expire from participant view within two minutes without an update. Device location is separate from arrival estimates, dispatch authorization and confirmed receipt.

What a same-day commitment means

A supplier must accept the exact quantities, suitability, lawful handling, price and destination, and provide stock and route references. The quote states an arrival deadline and expires within 15 minutes. Company approval is required before an order is placed.

Same-day delivery is a supplier commitment, not an unconditional guarantee. External dispatch is currently disabled in Gabriel’s pilot workspaces. Order records do not authorize departure. Any future permitted departure must also satisfy the existing case authorization, current route and verified dispatch-fee gates. Supplier delivery reports require a separate company receipt confirmation.

Merchandise and courier charges are settled under the supplier’s quoted terms outside this page. Placing an order here does not charge a card or mark any fee paid.
